Noah Pomeroy is a UCLA trained mindfulness facilitator, certified by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (CMT-P). His drive to share mindfulness stems from over a decade of personal practice and silent retreat experience. As an affiliate UCLA Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPS) teacher, Noah is empowered to offer the rich MAPS curriculum to his own students. Enthusiasm for mindfulness fuels his education and consulting business, This Moment Mindfulness, and brings Noah to a range of organizations and workplaces including the University of Hawaii and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Whether he’s coaching in the corporate boardroom, guiding a backpacking trip in the wilderness, or leading a session on Insight Timer, Noah loves sharing mindfulness. He regularly leads classes at a state prison in Hawaii and guides mindfulness sessions at the Bodhi Tree Meditation Center in Honolulu. Through multi-day intensives with high school students, he helps youth navigate their dynamic lives. Noah is committed to sharing mindfulness to help society meet the unprecedented challenges of the 21st century with greater awareness and compassion.
